Are you a Charity or local organisation interested?
Are you a Landlord / seller looking to make a difference?
What is the community fund?
The community fund lets anyone that sells or lets a property with use, choose a local organisation to receive a £200 donation.
What do I have to do?*
Not really anything. Just confirm you would like your organisation on the list and provide us with some contact details so we can get in touch if someone chooses you.
Is there anything I can do to get more donations?
Yes, there is. Letting people know you are part of the fund is the best way, whether that’s via a newsletter, email blast or social media. The more people know, the more people choose you.

**Community Fund Terms & Conditions – Sellers, Landlords & Vendors
The Community Fund promotion is available to all sellers, landlords, and vendors who complete the sale or letting of a property through Open House VOWH.
Upon successful completion of the sale, letting, or transfer of management of an already let property, you will be invited to select one local organisation from our approved Community Fund list to receive a £200 donation on your behalf.
For the purpose of this promotion, the transfer of management of an already tenanted property to Open House VOWH will be treated as a completed letting and will qualify for the £200 donation.
The £200 donation will be paid directly by Open House VOWH to the selected organisation. No cash alternative will be offered to the seller, landlord, vendor, tenant, or any third party.
Donations can only be made to organisations listed within the approved Community Fund partner list at the time of completion.
If no organisation is selected within 30 days of completion, Open House VOWH reserves the right to allocate the donation to a local organisation of its choosing.
If you do not wish your name, property transaction, or association with the donation to be shared with the chosen organisation, you must notify us in writing at the time of selection.
This promotion is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for discounts, credits, or any other financial alternative.
Open House VOWH reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or suspend the Community Fund promotion at any time without prior notice.
