Open House Vale of White Horse was born from friendship, late-night ideas, and a shared dream between three mates—Rob, Joshua, and Lance.

It all started with casual chats about doing something different. Not just starting a business, but building something that felt real, honest, and rooted in the community they love. After a few late nights, the idea of an estate agency that puts people first came to life.

Rob, the oldest of the trio, brings quiet focus and a knack for problem-solving. Joshua has the local roots, knowing the hidden gems of every area. Lance lights up every room he walks into. Together, they realised they had something special.

Open House isn’t just about buying and selling. It’s about making people feel comfortable, heard, and looked after—every step of the way.
