We like to keep our costs simple. One fixed new tenancy fee of £700** including: New Contract, Inventory Pack, Tenant Check In, Tenant Check Out, Referencing, Deposit Registaration fee, Right to Rent checks

Followed by a simple monthly fee of 12%* for our standard service, including: Rent Collection, Repair Management, Utilities Switching, Statuatory inspection arranging 6 month property visits

Or opt for our premium service for just 16% to also benefit from: Rental guarantee, Legal Cover, Free annual gas inspections, 50% discounts on EPC's and EICR's, Scoping and Tendering of major refurb works
